Step 2: Factory Matching & Sourcing

Step 3: Quotation & Negotiation

You receive detailed quotations including:

• FOB pricing — ex-factory or FOB Turkish port
• CIF pricing — including freight and insurance to your port
• Product specifications — technical data sheets, test certificates
• MOQ & lead time — minimum order and production timeline
• Payment terms — typically 30% advance, 70% before shipment (L/C, T/T, or negotiable)
• Sample availability — physical samples shipped for approval

Step 4: Sample Approval & Order Confirmation

Before production begins:
